Wedding Package 1:
Ceremony Package - £398
◦ 2-3 hours of Photography that covers ceremony and group photographs. Start times and locations are flexible to your requirements.
This Photography Package includes;
◦ 50 photos of your choosing (at a viewing approximately 3-4 weeks after the date depending on season and honeymoons) presented on a USB Flash Drive.
Wedding Package 2:
Half-Day Package - £595
◦ 8 hours of photography, ideal for a couple who are having a late wedding, or only want coverage from the service. (Common examples, 1pm - 9pm, 3pm - 11pm) Start times and locations are flexible to your requirements.
This Photography Package includes;
◦ 100 photos of your choosing (at a viewing approximately 3-4 weeks after the date depending on season and honeymoons) presented on a USB Flash Drive.
◦ With a minimum of 2 professional photographers we will perfectly capture your day.
Wedding Package 3:
Full-Day Package - £835
◦ A massive 12 hours of photography (9am-10pm) ensured to make you feel like royalty. Coverage from morning prep and getting ready, all through till first dance and beyond. There is not an event in the day we will miss. This Photography Package includes;
◦ 150 photos of your choosing (at a viewing approximately 3-4 weeks after the date depending on season and honeymoons) presented on a USB Flash Drive.
◦ With a minimum of 2 photographers, both parties will have a photographer at hand for the whole day.
◦ Included with this is an optional pop up studio with props for your reception guests, they can purchase prints that they'll receive on the day for £5 each.
Wedding Day Additions:
Additional Hours Photography Coverage - £50 per extra hour
Extra Digital Photos - £2 per digital image or £150 for 100.
Leather Look Photobook - approx £200 for 26 pages*
*Actual cost will have to be discussed when buying due to flexible photo/page numbers/layouts.
Engagement/Newly Weds Shoot - £200

All shoots are flexible shooting times, with the recommendation of a whole day.
All shoots include 30 digital photos to be added to your finial USB.
All shoots include travel ANYWHERE, (As long as I can drive there and back within the day)
Additional charges may be made for travel and accommodation expenses variant on location.
A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your date,
Photography: £100 for WP1, £150 WP2 onwards.
We will arrange a meeting before your date to discuss your big day and review your contract.
Our Wedding Contract
Contract for Wedding Photography Terms and Conditions Agreement.
This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Clients and the Photographer(s)
A signed “Contract for Wedding Photography Services” and payment of the booking fee are necessary to confirm the stated wedding services from the Photographer(s).
This normally happens at the time of booking. The Clients will outline broadly what is required and the Photographer(s) will advise on planning, logistics and timings where needed. If required the Clients are welcome to request for an additional chat closer to the time of the wedding (about 2 weeks) to iron out the remaining details. In any case we will contact you by phone call or message 7 days before the wedding to ensure that there have been no last minute changes.
The Clients, the Photographer(s) consent to happily cooperating and communicating with each other to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. We recommend that the Photographer(s) be provided with a helper (usually the best man) who will point out key individuals to be photographed. The Photographer may also require the assistance of the best man in organizing family groups. The Clients also agree to give the Photographer(s) sufficient warning of key events at the wedding to give the Photographer(s) time to prepare e.g. Bouquet throwing, cutting the cake, speeches etc. Please note that not all guests at weddings like having their photo taken. In such cases the Photographer(s) will use his discretion but cannot be held responsible for a lack of photos of these people.
Our shooting schedule, style of working and experience are designed to achieve a great set of wedding photos for the Clients, accomplished with good humour and enjoyed by all concerned. Both the Clients and the Photographer(s) therefore agree that punctuality and cheerful cooperation are essential to producing outstanding photographic results. In cases where the wedding does not run on time (for example, extreme lateness by one of the Clients arriving at the church) we cannot guarantee to take our normal set of photos or cinematic elements although in such circumstances we will do our absolute best to compensate.
Paparazzi Wedding Guests:
All your guests will have digital cameras and all your guests will want to photograph the Clients. In the spirit of cheerful cooperation the Clients agree to give the Photographer(s) precedence over the guests in order to take the photographs required for the wedding services described above. We cannot be held liable for a lack of wedding photos if guests taking their own photos of the Clients continually interrupt the Photographer(s) work.
Note the Photographer(s) are sometimes limited by rules imposed by registrars, ministers and venue management as to what can and cannot be done. For example some ministers insist that no flash photography is allowed, and others will insist that the Photographer(s) shoot from a specific location. In such circumstances the Clients agree to accept the technical limitations that may be imposed on the equipment used. We advise the Clients to make themselves aware of the rules of the venue concerned and if necessary negotiate with the personnel concerned.
All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. The Photographer(s) judgement regarding these corrections and the number of images put forward to the Client for preview shall be deemed correct. Retouching, digital manipulation and artist finishing is available to the Client as an option at extra cost.
The Clients will receive 50, 100 or 150 (depending on package details) edited digital photographs of the Clients choice, this will be selected upon an arranged meeting, after the wedding. At this point the Clients may choose to purchase additional images, at an additional cost.

The copyright of photographs remains with the Photographer(s). The Photographer grants the Clients permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by the Photographer(s) are for personal use by the Clients and their friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer(s). The Clients have permission to edit, crop and retouch the images, however the edited image retains the original copyright.
The Clients grant the Photographer(s) and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images. The Clients hereby release the Photographer(s) and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
Limit of Liability:
If a photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the wedding services specified above the Photographer(s) will try to book a replacement professional. Under normal circumstances a second photographer from the Photographer(s) is there for the day anyway and this photographer will then shoot the day on his/her own. If both photographers are unavailable and a replacement photographer cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. The Photographer(s) have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied.
Any directions issued to clients, their guests or employees during a photographic shoot are deemed to be at said person's own risk. The Photographer(s) cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic or cinematic shoot. Clients must make the Photographer(s) aware of any light-sensitive conditions that any person(s) may have prior to the event date.
In accordance with the DPA amendments, 01 January 2021, All Personal information is stored and disposed of correctly. Digital records of personal details are erased two years after the last update. Invoices and financial transactions are erased six years after the last update. All contracted documents and hard documents are destroyed 10 years after the last update. For more on what information is stored please contact the Photographer(s) at any time and this will be disclosed.
In the event of the Clients cancelling the wedding for whatever reason the booking fee is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the Photographer(s).
When applicable, the Clients are responsible for all travel, accommodation, meal and transport costs unless provided by the Clients.
All travel expenses are based on the distance between the event location(s) and the Photographer(s) address. For all event(s), the first 30 miles roundtrip of travel are included. All miles in excess of 30 miles roundtrip are charged at £2.00 per mile.
If the final event finishes after 22:00, AND the final event location is further than 50 miles from the Photographer(s) address, then hotel accommodation for Photographer(s) must be provided and paid for by the Clients.
The Clients are responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations on which the Photographer(s) will be performing services.
The Clients may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to the Photographer(s), if canceled with notice of at least 14 days prior to the day of the wedding then the Clients are entitled to a refund for any payments made excluding the Booking Fee. If cancellations are made with less than 14 days notice of the day of the wedding, then all monies paid shall be forfeited. A £10 Cancellation Fee will be charged for any cancellations. The Clients are eligible to reschedule at any time prior to 14 days of the day of the wedding with written notice to the Photographer(s), if the Photographer(s) are unavailable for the rescheduled date, then a cancellation will have to be made. Within 14 days of the day of the wedding, the clients must provide a valid reason for rescheduling, this reason may include; Death to Clients or close family, serious illness(es), Act of God, Venue circumstances out of Clients control. Should the Clients provide a valid reason they are entitled to reschedule at no extra cost. Failure to provide a valid reason, then a cancellation shall be required. (Refer above)
All reschedules will be charged at the current price.
Should any person(s) sexually, verbally or physically harass any person(s) working under TerriSamantha Photography, services will immediately seize. No compensation will be given for any missed coverage.
TerriSamantha Photography accepts payments in the form of, Direct Bank Transfer, Cash, PayPal (Incurs an additional 5% fee, per transaction), Cheque (Cheques must be fully cleared before being accepted as payment). A Digital Invoice will be emailed to the Client's email address for every payment, once payment has been accepted.
The Clients agree to provide a meal and water/beverage for the Photographer(s) if the length of attendance exceeds five hours.
A contact information document will be provided with the Clients copy of this contract, please respect the privacy of all on the document and do not hand out personal information without permission.
